Service Description
In this ELA coaching session, we begin by analyzing your district’s assessment data to identify specific areas of need across grade levels and student groups. From there, we pinpoint priority ELA standards that require targeted support and partner with teachers to strengthen instructional practice aligned to those standards. Each session is designed to turn data into actionable next steps by refining lesson design, elevating instructional strategies, and curating high-impact resources that directly support student mastery. The goal is to build teacher capacity and ensure instruction is both standards-aligned and responsive to student needs, ultimately improving literacy outcomes across the district.
